Starting from the time when users enter a portal, Key Survey provides several layers of security allowing for complete management authority:
- Application admin - an administrator account is used to control the settings of the application and all its accounts.
- Account admin - an administrator account is used to control the settings of the application and all its accounts.
- User - the user has access to an account with feature sets specified according to client needs.
- Multi-access account and different log-ins - with a multi-access account you can configure access for different users by granting various permissions such as read, edit, delete, launch, and publish. Assign privileges on the individual or on the group level.
Single Sign-on and LDAP
There are a number of ways users can access your Key Survey solution. For larger enterprises, single sign-on and LDAP integration enables Key Survey to be tethered in to the centralized access point you have in place for all business systems.
