Analyse response data with our advanced reporting options, including summary and individual reports, filtering and crosstabs, answer labels, and varied statistical quantities. Customise your report directly in Key Survey or export your data to several different formats for maximum flexibility.

Summary and individual reports

View summary reports on every survey and each individual response in
a convenient, easy to read format. View summary graphs on questions with predefined answer options and summary lists of text answers for all other questions. You can also create separate reports for completed and partial responses.

Advanced filtering

Use Key Survey's advanced filtering mechanism to display only specific survey data defined by your criteria. In addition, you can use crosstabs to compare survey responses based on different respondent groups. Set answer labels to your report questions and answer choices to use them in filtering or statistical analysis.

Report customisation

Customise your reports with a wide range of settings. Add a custom header, footer, or corporate logo to your report, break it into several pages, add internal notes for each respondent, use your own text, images and calculations in your report, and much more.
