  If a survey is sent out by email, the application keeps track of who has filled it out. After a set period of time, those who haven't can automatically be sent a reminder email.

  Surveys can be configured so that if certain answers are given to certain questions, an email is automatically sent to a preset address - for instance, to a manager saying that special attention is needed for this customer
