Functionally, none. You pick the enterprise solution (Workgroup or Enterprise) that best suits your need, and we can help you to customise it. Private Label is an added feature: it allows you to convey the impression that this is something your organisation has developed. The name "Key Survey" doesn't have to be anywhere - Private Label gives you complete brand independence.

Do private label require any specific deployment options,
support or services?

Private Label is exactly the same technology as Workgroup and Enterprise, so te same deployment options exist. We can host it ourselves, or you can have it on your own servers.

And don't worry - our Private Label customers get exactly the same high-level service and support as our regular Enterprise customers.
